Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial painting crews
- Plan daily work and manage manpower
- Ensure safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with Superintendents
- Communicate with Project Managers
- Maintain productivity and job efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/industrial painting experience
- Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of coatings & spray applications
- Ability to read plans and specs
- OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)
