Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise commercial painting crews
  • Plan daily work and manage manpower
  • Ensure safety and quality standards
  • Coordinate with Superintendents
  • Communicate with Project Managers
  • Maintain productivity and job efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years commercial/industrial painting experience
  • Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of coatings & spray applications
  • Ability to read plans and specs
  • OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)
