Real Estate Roundtable 3rd Qtr 2012 Still Positive But Slightly Lower
The Real Estate Roundtable Sentiment Survey is a comprehensive measurement of Senior Executives’ confidence in the commercial real estate environment. The quarterly survey of executives including owners & asset managers, financial services providers, and operators & related service providers, measures their current and future outlook on three topics: (1) overall real estate conditions, (2) access to capital markets, and (3)real estate asset pricing. The survey is conducted by FPL Advisory Group on behalf of The Real Estate Roundtable.
The Q3-2012 survey reported that “although still positive, the Q3 Index came in slightly lower than the previous two quarters, reflecting increased economic and political uncertainty and while general sentiment remains positive, many still see a fragmentation across markets and asset types, underscoring the uneven nature of the commercial real estate recovery.”
